BVI Ports Seeks Tenders for Board Walk, Kiosks, Floating Dock at Tortola Pier ParkPolVam
Monday, September 21 – The BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) is inviting tenders for the construction of a board walk, kiosks and cabana, and the installation of a floating dock at the cruise pier landside development, Tortola Pier Park.
The tender notices can be found on the BVIPA’s website – www.bviports.org under the ‘Forms and Publications’ tab.
All interested persons are invited to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting inclusive of site tour at Tortola Pier Park, Wickham’s Cay, on Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m.
Specifically, as it relates to the kiosks and cabana, the BVIPA intends to award the project in blocks of four (4) structures per contract, at a Guaranteed Maximum Price of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) per kiosk. There are a total of twenty (23) kiosks and one (1) cabana.
All proposals must be delivered to the BVI Ports Authority, Port Purcell, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, by the bearer not later than 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 30th September, 2015 to the following address:
