In “becoming the regional leader in providing efficient seaport facilities where customer and employee satisfaction is paramount” the British Virgin Islands Ports Authority (BVIPA) offers port users various services. Port users can contact the Authority via email bviports@bviports.org or call 284 494 3435 to request any of the services listed below. The revised British Virgin Islands Ports Authority fees which came into effect on 18th December, 2020 can be viewed by clicking HERE.

CHARGES
Storage/Forklift charges (where necessary). These documents need to be provided to allow the BVIPA to accept payment and be able to provide a receipt via email.
If you do not wish to send your credit card information, you must provide a telephone contact so you can be contacted for the payment information to complete the transaction, or you would be required to obtain an appointment to visit the office.
