19 January 2022 The British Virgin Islands Ports Authority's (BVIPA) management team engaged in a workshop on 13th January 2022 that was conducted both online and in- person by the Human Resources Manager, Mrs. Patricia Blaize-Adams. The Human Resources workshop delved into a variety of topics aimed at increasing productivity and building a better BVIPA. The topics included, but were not limited to emotional intelligence, understanding human resources and the role managers play and performance management.
